Rental Policy

1. Placing an Order

• Select the product you wish to rent on our website
• Choose your desired rental duration
• Complete your booking with your contact details and payment information
• A security deposit will be charged at the time of order
• The deposit will be refunded upon safe return of the product, provided it is not damaged or lost

By placing a rental order, you acknowledge and agree that you are complying with all terms and conditions outlined in this Rental Policy.

2. Pickup or Local Drop-Off

• Once your order is confirmed, your rental will be prepared for pickup or scheduled local drop-off
• Pickup Location: 6801 Northlake Mall Dr, Charlotte, NC 28216
• Local drop-off may be available for an additional fee
• All products are fully inspected, assembled, and ready to use before release
• A quick walkthrough may be provided at pickup or delivery

3. Returning the Product

• Products must be returned at the end of the rental period via scheduled drop-off or customer return
• Return location: same as pickup unless otherwise arranged
• Product must be returned in the same condition as received
• Late returns may result in additional fees

4. Deposit Refund & Inspection

• All returned products will be thoroughly inspected
• If returned in good condition with no damage or missing parts, the full deposit will be refunded
• If damage or loss occurs, a portion or full deposit may be retained to cover repair or replacement costs

5. Late Returns

• Late returns will result in additional charges based on the extended time
• Fees may be deducted from the deposit
• Excessive delays may result in full deposit forfeiture and additional charges

6. Non-Return, Loss, or Theft

• In the event the product is not returned, lost, or stolen, the customer agrees to pay the full retail price of the product
• The security deposit will be forfeited and applied toward the total balance owed
• Any remaining balance must be paid immediately

• Valid ID may be required at pickup
• Adult supervision is required during use
• Customer is responsible for proper use and care of the product
• All rentals are subject to availability and approval
